What counts as an email?
One outbound email sent to one recipient. Warmup emails exchanged within the zend.sh P2P network do not count toward your quota — warmup is free and unlimited.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Sends continue seamlessly. Emails beyond your monthly quota are billed at $1.50 per 1,000 emails via Stripe Meters. You'll never be hard-blocked mid-campaign.
Is warmup really free?
Yes, forever. Every plan (including Free) includes email warmup for all connected inboxes at no extra cost. There's no warmup add-on, no time limit, no catch.
Do I need my own Azure account for provisioning?
By default you bring your own inboxes (Google Workspace, Outlook). Guided Azure provisioning is available for teams that want us to create and manage dedicated sending infrastructure — it's operator-driven via API, not one-click self-serve. Ask us about it.
Can I run multiple clients from one account?
Yes. Issue per-client API keys from your dashboard. Each key has RLS isolation — client data, mailboxes, and campaigns are completely separated. No cross-contamination.
Are there annual discounts?
We don't currently offer annual billing. Pricing is month-to-month with no lock-in. Enterprise plans include custom pricing for high-volume commitments — contact sales@zend.sh.
